I was first diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2015. Though I was experiencing high stress, chronic fatigue, and weight gain, being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes took me by surprise.
I began eating a low-fat, plant-based, whole-food diet to help me reverse type 2 diabetes. I discovered that the benefits extended way beyond diabetes.
My A1c now hovers around 5.7%. Today, I talk openly about cutting reducing my A1c using a low-fat, plant-based, whole-food lifestyle, and is proud to share my story with everyone. I have experienced the incredible benefits of a low-fat, plant-based, whole-food diet, and is now excited to help others experience the same transformation.
